Good to know

Questions, answered

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes, for anything injected or device-based. The consultation is free, takes about forty-five minutes, and you are under no obligation to book afterwards. Facials and peels can be booked directly.

How much downtime should I plan for?

Injectables: swelling or small bruises for two to three days. Medical facials: none, though we ask you to skip the gym for a day. Microneedling with RF: three to five days of redness. We will tell you exactly what to expect before you book.

Is laser hair removal safe for darker skin?

Yes. Our diode platform is cleared for Fitzpatrick types I through VI and Maya, our device specialist, runs a patch test at the consultation so you can see how your skin responds before committing to a course.

What does a first visit cost?

Nothing. You will leave with a written plan and a price for each item on it. If you choose to treat the same day, the consultation fee is waived entirely — there is no fee to waive.

Can I bring my own skincare routine?

Please do. Bring the bottles or photograph the labels. We will tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what is not, and we do not require you to buy anything from us.

Where do I park?

Free covered parking in the Wellness Parkway garage, level two. Take the north elevator to suite 210. Street parking on Wellness Parkway is metered until 6pm.
