Do you charge a call-out fee?

No. You pay the quoted price for the job and nothing for us turning up. If you decide not to go ahead after we've looked, there's no charge at all.

How fast can you get to an emergency?

Our average across last year was 58 minutes inside Spokane city limits and about 80 minutes out to Liberty Lake and Cheney. We'll tell you honestly on the phone if we can't make it quickly.

Which suburbs do you cover?

Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Airway Heights, Deer Park and Medical Lake. Outside that we'll still take the call and point you to someone closer.

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

Every plumber on our team holds a Washington journeyman or master certificate, and the company carries $2M public liability plus workers' compensation. We're happy to email the certificates before a job.

What happens if the problem comes back?

Our workmanship is guaranteed for three months. If the same fault returns in that window we come back and fix it at no charge — parts included where the part was ours.

How can I pay?

Card, bank transfer or cash on completion. We invoice by email the same day, and we can split larger fit-outs into a deposit and a completion payment.
