The things homeowners ask us first

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. An inspector spends about 45 minutes on and in your roof, photographs the decking, flashing, valleys, vents and attic, and emails you the report whether or not you hire us. There is no call-out fee and no obligation.
How long does a full replacement take?
A typical 2,400 sq ft single-family shingle roof takes three to four working days. Concrete tile runs four to six. Metal runs five to eight. Weather and the Palm Beach County inspection schedule are the two things that move the date, and we tell you the moment either does.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We do. We document the damage, write a line-item estimate in the format adjusters use, and meet your adjuster on the roof so you are not relaying messages between two parties. We are not a public adjuster and we never take a percentage of your claim.
What does the 25-year workmanship warranty actually cover?
Everything we install and everything we touch: underlayment, flashing, fasteners, sealing, ridge and valley work. If water gets in through our workmanship, we fix it and any damage it caused, at no charge. It transfers once to the next owner of the home.
Which areas do you cover?
Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Parkland, Coral Springs, Wellington, Jupiter and West Palm Beach. If you are just outside that ring, call us anyway — we often have a crew nearby.
