Five-star crews
216 reviews and a 4.9 average. Every crew lead has been with us at least three seasons and knows which yards flood, which have dogs and which gates stick.
Read the reviewsWeekly mowing, sharp edges and beds that stay tidy all season — for homes and small commercial properties across Franklin, Brentwood and Spring Hill, Tennessee.
We are a small, licensed crew — not a franchise. The same two people cut your grass every week, so nothing gets scalped, missed or rushed.

Read the reviewsStarted in a Franklin driveway in 2014 by Dale and Marisol Okonkwo. We live eight minutes from most of the routes we cut, so a callback is same-day, not next week.
See our service areasTDA charter #C-4471, $2M general liability and workers' comp on every person who sets foot on your property. Certificates emailed before the first visit.
What that coversPick one service or put the whole property on a season plan. Pricing below is a typical quarter-acre lot in Franklin; your quote is based on a walk-through, not a guess.
Cut, trim, edge the walks and blow the drive clean. Blade height changes with the month so the turf holds moisture through July.
From $52 a visit Get a quoteShaping, thinning and hard prunes timed to each plant — boxwood in late spring, hydrangea after bloom, crepe myrtle in February.
From $180 per visit Get a quoteBed reshaping, crisp spade edges, fresh hardwood mulch and seasonal colour. We plant what survives a Tennessee August, not what looks good on a tag.
From $340 per bed Get a quoteSpring start-ups, head adjustments, leak repairs and winter blow-outs. We zone-test the whole system and send you a photo of every head we touched.
From $125 per call Get a quotePaver patios, flagstone paths, stone steps and retaining walls. Built on a compacted base with proper drainage so nothing heaves after the first freeze.
Quoted per project Get a quoteMarch bed cleanout and pre-emergent, then leaf removal in three passes from late October through December. Debris is hauled off, not blown next door.
From $265 per cleanup Get a quoteA few of the yards we keep on a weekly or bi-weekly route. Full-season before-and-afters are on the estimate we send you.

Third summer with MowPro. Same two guys, same day every week, and they text if storms push them to Friday. The edges along our drive have never looked this sharp.
They rebuilt two beds that had been mulch soup for years. Dale walked the yard with us first and talked us out of the expensive option. Everything he planted made it through August.
Our irrigation had two cracked heads flooding the side yard. They found it in under an hour, fixed it, and sent photos of each zone running. Bill matched the quote exactly.
We manage four small office lots in Cool Springs. MowPro is the first crew that does the leaf passes without being chased. Invoices come in on the first, every month.
We run fixed weekly routes, so a new address goes on the day that already passes your street. That keeps drive time down and your price flat all season.
Not on the list? Call us — if you are within about 20 minutes of Franklin we can usually add the stop.
Most quarter-acre lots in Franklin land between $52 and $68 a visit, including trimming, edging and blowing off hard surfaces. We price off a walk-through or a satellite measure, quote it in writing, and hold that price for the whole season.
No. Weekly and bi-weekly service is month to month — tell us by the 25th and the next month stops. Multi-visit landscape projects get a written scope and a 30% deposit, with the balance due on completion.
Spring cleanups run from the first week of March. Mowing routes start when the turf is actively growing, usually mid-April, and run through the last week of October. Leaf removal is three passes between late October and mid-December.
We text you the same morning and move you to the next dry day that week, usually Friday or Saturday. If a week gets skipped entirely, you are not billed for it.
Yes. We carry $2M general liability and workers' comp on every crew member, and we hold Tennessee Department of Agriculture charter #C-4471 for fertiliser and weed control. Certificates are emailed with your quote — ask any contractor who will not do that why.
Often, yes. Give us a week's notice and we will slot you into the existing route for your street. If the lawn has been let go, we will quote a one-off reset cut before regular service starts.
Call and you will get Dale or Marisol, not a call centre. Or send the form and we will come measure within two business days.
