At PureGlow Cleaning Co., we believe a clean space should feel effortless. That is why we provide reliable, detail-focused cleaning designed to make homes and businesses feel fresh, comfortable and welcoming — without you having to chase anyone for it.

We opened in 2014 with two vans and a short client list. Today a team of 24 trained cleaners works across Wake and Durham counties, most of them with us for more than three years. Same crew, same day, every visit.

We cover the Raleigh–Durham Triangle from our depot on Capital Boulevard. Most of these neighbourhoods are inside a 30-minute drive, which is how we can hold a fixed arrival window instead of a four-hour one.

How much does a clean cost?

Residential visits start at $149 for a recurring three-bedroom home; a first-time deep clean is usually 1.5× that. Commercial work is priced per square foot, typically $0.09–$0.14 depending on frequency and floor type. We quote on a walkthrough — in person or from a short video you send — and the number we give is the number you pay.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. About two-thirds of our residential clients give us a key or a lockbox code, held in a numbered safe at the office and signed out to the named crew lead for that day. You get a text when the crew arrives and another when they leave.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes — vacuums, microfibre, mops and Green Seal certified products come with the crew. If you prefer your own products for allergies or finishes, leave them out and we will use them instead at no extra cost.

What if something is missed?

Call or text within 24 hours and we return to re-clean that area free of charge, usually the next working day. If you would still rather not pay for the visit, we refund it.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Recurring slots are usually available within a week. Move-in and move-out cleans we can often fit in with 48 hours' notice, and we hold two emergency slots a day for commercial clients on contract.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. $2M general liability, workers' compensation for every employee, and a janitorial services bond covering theft. Certificates are emailed with every commercial quote and available on request for residential clients.

Can you clean outside business hours?

Commercial crews run from 6pm to 2am on weeknights so your staff never works around a vacuum. Residential visits run 7am–7pm Monday to Saturday, with Sunday slots on request.
