How soon can a technician come to my home?
Call before 11am on a weekday and we can usually be there the same afternoon. Anything booked later goes to the next morning. You pick a two-hour window and get a text when the van is fifteen minutes away.
Do you offer same-day or emergency repairs?
Yes. We hold two slots a day for emergencies — a fridge that has stopped cooling, a leaking washer, a gas range that will not shut off. Call the main line and say it is an emergency; we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you today.
What warranty do you provide on repairs and parts?
One full year on both parts and labour. If the same fault returns inside twelve months, we come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty is printed on your invoice, not buried on a website.
What does a visit cost?
A flat $89 diagnostic covers the trip and the testing. If you go ahead with the repair, that $89 comes off the bill. The repair itself is quoted as a fixed price before we start, so there is nothing to discover at the end.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most visits run 60 to 90 minutes. About seven in ten are finished on the first trip because the common parts ride in the van. If a part has to be ordered it normally lands within two business days and we book the return visit before we leave.
