Clear Skin Programme
Twelve weeks for acne, pigmentation and texture. Prescription topicals, in-clinic peels, and a photo review every four weeks so you can see it working.
One clinic in downtown Bellevue for the three things people ask us about most — clearer skin, thicker hair, and weight that finally moves. Every plan is written by a clinician, not a sales desk.

HandledLumavera opened on 108th Avenue in 2016. Three treatment rooms, one lab, and a rule we have never broken: you leave the first visit with a written plan and a price, or you pay nothing.

Twelve weeks for acne, pigmentation and texture. Prescription topicals, in-clinic peels, and a photo review every four weeks so you can see it working.

Scalp scan, bloodwork and PRP. Most patients see new growth by month four.

Results vary. Prices shown are the clinic's standard rates and are confirmed in writing at your consultation.
Same camera, same lighting, same angle, twelve weeks apart. Every patient below signed a release and none of them were paid.
“I struggled with loose skin and early signs of ageing on my neck. After four weeks on the Lumavera neck protocol I finally saw real lifting and firmness.”

Forty-five minutes with a clinician, free of charge. We photograph your baseline, scan your scalp if hair is the concern, and listen.

What we would do, in what order, what it costs, and what it will not fix. You take it home before you decide anything.

Treatment begins, then a photo review every four weeks. If a plan is not working by week eight we change it, at no extra cost.
Minoxidil plus in-clinic PRP thickens the follicle before it starts to miniaturise.
Monthly microneedling of the scalp, timed to the growth cycle rather than the calendar.
Bloodwork first. Ferritin, thyroid and vitamin D explain more shedding than any shampoo.
Density is re-measured at the same three scalp points every visit, so progress is a number.
The programme runs six months. Most patients notice less shedding by week six and visible density between months four and five.
“The Root Activator programme changed my hair. It is thicker, and I have never felt more confident about how it looks.”

“Nobody had ever explained why my skin did what it did. Dr. Okafor did, in one visit, and then fixed it.”

Noah A.
“Used the under-eye corrector for ten days with the peel course. Dark circles are barely there now.”

“The skin on my neck was loose and crepey. Four weeks in, it felt tighter and smoother. I did not expect that.”
Ethan D.
“Booked for hair, stayed for the weight programme. Down 22 lb and the labs look better than they have in years.”
Maya K.
“They changed my plan at week eight without charging me for the switch. That is the whole review.”
Grace L.
“I came in with a photo from a filter and left with a plan for my actual face. Refreshing.”

“Parking under the building, in at 7:40 before work, out by 8:30. It is the reason I actually keep going.”

Yes — forty-five minutes with a clinician, including baseline photography and a scalp scan if hair is the concern. You leave with a written plan and a price. There is no card on file and no obligation to book anything.
It depends on the concern. Pigmentation and acne usually shift between weeks four and eight. Hair takes longer — less shedding by week six, visible density around month four. Skin laxity is the slowest, typically three months.
Yes. Our lasers are safe across Fitzpatrick I–VI and our clinicians are trained specifically in treating skin of colour, including melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
We review progress photos every four weeks. If there is no measurable change by week eight we revise the plan, and you are not charged for the switch. That is written into every plan we hand out.
Medical dermatology visits — skin checks, acne, eczema, suspicious lesions — are billed to most major Washington plans. Cosmetic treatments are not covered by insurance and are paid at the clinic. We will tell you which category you are in before you book.
Free patient parking on level P2 of the building, entrance from NE 8th Street. Validate at reception. Bellevue Transit Center is a five-minute walk.
Same-week appointments most weeks. Tell us what is bothering you and we will match you to the right clinician.
We are on the ground floor of the Kirke Building, one block from Bellevue Square.
We will reply with two or three slots that fit what you have asked for.
