We are in-network with Delta Dental of Washington, Premera, Regence, Cigna PPO, MetLife, Aetna and Guardian, and we bill out-of-network plans directly so you don't pay the full fee up front. Send a photo of your card with the booking form and we'll verify benefits before you arrive.
How fast can I be seen for a toothache?
We hold two emergency chairs every weekday and one on Saturday morning. Call before 3 PM on a weekday and in almost every case you are seen that day.
What happens at a first visit?
About 70 minutes: a full set of digital X-rays, an intraoral scan, gum health charting, an oral cancer screening, and a cleaning if your gums are healthy enough on the day. You leave with a written plan and the prices on it.
I'm genuinely terrified of the dentist. What can you do?
Book a talk-only consult first — no instruments, chair upright. From there we can offer nitrous oxide at no extra charge, oral sedation, longer appointments and a stop signal you control. Roughly one in five of our patients came to us after years of avoiding treatment.
Do you see children?
Yes, from the first tooth. Dr. Tanaka runs our pediatric schedule and we keep family blocks so siblings and parents can be seen back to back.
Where do I park?
Free underground parking beneath the building, entered from Harbour Walk, with two accessible bays by the lift. Street parking on Lake Street is two hours free.
