Do you take my insurance?
We're in-network with Delta Dental PPO, Cigna, MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Principal and Ameritas, and we bill out-of-network plans directly so you don't pay the full amount up front. Send a photo of your card with the booking form and we'll verify your benefits before your visit.
How fast can I be seen for a toothache?
Two emergency slots are held every weekday and one on Saturday morning. Call before 3pm on a weekday and you'll be seen that day in almost every case.
What happens at a first visit?
About seventy minutes: a full set of digital X-rays, an intraoral scan, a gum health chart, an oral cancer screening, and a cleaning if your gums are healthy enough on the day. You leave with a written plan and prices.
I'm genuinely frightened of the dentist. What can you do?
Book a talk-only consult first — no instruments, chair upright. From there we can offer nitrous oxide at no extra charge, oral sedation, longer appointments and a stop signal you control. Roughly one in five of our patients came to us after years of avoidance.
Do you see children?
Yes, from their first tooth. Dr. Achebe runs the pediatric schedule and we keep family blocks so siblings and parents can be seen back to back.
What if I can't pay for a big treatment all at once?
Anything over $600 can be split across eighteen months at 0%. Without insurance, our in-house plan is $32 a month and covers two cleanings, all X-rays and 20% off everything else.
Where do I park?
Free surface lot at the rear off Longshore Drive, with two accessible bays by the back entrance. Ground-floor suite, step-free throughout.
