Collagen Microneedling
We opened on Oak Bay Avenue in 2016 with one idea: results should never come at the cost of comfort. Every visit starts with a skin analysis, not a sales pitch. You leave with a written plan, a realistic timeline and a treatment you actually understand.
Our four practitioners are registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives or licensed as medical aestheticians, and we only run devices we have trained on directly with the manufacturer.
A 40-point skin analysis before anything is booked. Your plan is written down, priced and paced to your budget.
Medical-grade actives, Health Canada approved devices and practitioners who keep their certifications current.
Sleep, stress and diet shape your skin as much as any serum. We talk about all of it, then treat what we can.
Six core services, each starting with a consultation. Prices below are starting points — your quote comes after your assessment.
Deep cleanse, gentle extraction, enzyme exfoliation and a cooling mask. The reset most people start with.
Fractional laser for texture, sun damage and scarring. Numbing included; most people need three sessions.
Neuromodulator and dermal filler placed by a registered nurse injector. Conservative dosing, natural movement.
Controlled micro-injury with growth-factor serum. Best for pores, fine lines and old acne scarring.
Lactic, glycolic or TCA, matched to your tolerance. Light peels have no downtime; we will tell you which is which.
Manual drainage for puffiness and post-treatment recovery. Often booked the week before an event.
Élodie M.
Registered Nurse · Certified Injector
Élodie trained in Montréal and spent six years in hospital dermatology before opening Maison Lumière. She still sees every new client for their first consultation, because she would rather turn someone away than sell them a treatment that will not work on their skin.
Outside the clinic she teaches injection technique to nurses across Vancouver Island.
The same path for every client, whether you are booking one facial or a twelve-month plan.
A free 20-minute assessment with imaging. We record what we see and what concerns you most.
You leave with a printed plan: treatments, order, spacing, total cost. Nothing is booked on the spot.
Your practitioner explains each step as it happens. Aftercare instructions go home with you in writing.
We photograph, compare and adjust. If something is not working we change it rather than repeat it.
Every glow tells a story. We photograph under the same light, at the same angle, at week 0 and week 12 — so the comparison is honest.

“After my third microneedling session the texture on my cheeks finally settled. I wear far less makeup than I used to.”
Written by our practitioners, not a content agency. Short, specific and free.
Why three sessions spaced six weeks apart beats one aggressive appointment — and who should skip it entirely.
From hydration to the order you layer products in, here is how to keep your clinic results between visits.
Why your barrier repairs overnight, and what a week of short nights does to inflammation and redness.

“I came in for one thing and Élodie told me I did not need it. That is the whole reason I kept booking.”
“Six weeks of peels cleared the pigmentation I have had since my twenties. The plan was priced up front.”
“First clinic where nobody upsold me. Calm room, clear aftercare sheet, and they called the next day to check in.”

Book a free consultYes, for anything beyond a basic facial. The consult is free, takes about twenty minutes and includes skin imaging. You are never booked into a treatment on the same visit unless you ask to be.
A signature facial and lymphatic massage have none. Light peels leave mild flaking for two to three days. Microneedling and laser resurfacing mean redness for 24 to 72 hours — we will tell you exactly which before you commit.
All injectables at Maison Lumière are administered by a nurse registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, under medical direction. We do not train non-medical staff to inject.
Twenty-four hours' notice, no charge. Inside twenty-four hours we ask for 50% of the booking, which we waive once for anyone who is unwell.
Yes. Our lasers are certified for Fitzpatrick I through VI and our practitioners are trained on higher phototypes specifically. We will usually start conservatively and test-patch first.
We offer interest-free instalments over three months on plans above $600, arranged in clinic. No application fee and no credit check.
Choose your treatment and we will confirm within one business day. Nothing is charged until you arrive.
