A calm room, a gentle team, and answers you can understand.

Preventive care, dentistry, surgery and urgent care for cats and dogs in Maple Ridge. We book longer appointments than most clinics, because a frightened animal doesn't cooperate with a ten-minute slot.

Reviews

What pet owners say.

Reviews from Google, unedited.

“Our old cat hates carriers and strangers. They booked us the first appointment of the day, dimmed the lights and she actually let them examine her.”

Nadia F. · Maple Ridge

“Explained the dental estimate line by line and called the next day to check on recovery. That call is why we drive past two other clinics.”

How it works

A visit that doesn't stress them out.

Three things we do differently before the exam starts.

01

Book with context

Tell us the last visit, the anxiety, the bite history. We plan for it.

02

Arrive and settle

Separate waiting areas, pheromone spray, and a nurse who comes to you.

03

Leave with a plan

Written notes, cost estimate and a follow-up date you can actually keep.

FAQ

Questions before your first visit.

Cost, insurance and what counts as an emergency.

How much is a first visit?+

A wellness exam is $95 and includes a full physical. Vaccines and lab work are quoted before they're given, and every estimate over $300 is written down.

Do you take insurance?+

We don't direct-bill, but we provide itemised invoices and fill insurer forms the same day. Trupanion express is available at the desk.

What counts as an emergency?+

Breathing difficulty, a swollen abdomen, repeated vomiting, a blocked male cat, or any suspected poisoning. Call before you drive in so we can prepare.

Do you treat rabbits or birds?+

Cats and dogs only. We'll refer you to a clinic that sees exotics, and send the records across.

Book before something becomes urgent.

Seven days a week, longer appointments, and a team that plans for the anxious ones.
