Auto-Draft Email Replies in Outlook
Clarity learns how you write from your sent mail, then drafts the replies. You review and send.
Outlook's way: templates and Quick Parts
- 1Save a message as a template, or store a snippet in Quick Parts.
- 2Find the right template when a similar email arrives.
- 3Paste it in and rewrite the parts that do not fit.
- 4Maintain the template set as your work changes.
The problem
- ✕A template is the same every time; real replies are not
- ✕Finding the right one costs more time than it saves for anything unusual
- ✕Nothing learns from what you actually send
- ✕Every template reads like a template
Clarity's way: a draft written for this email
- 1Clarity reads your sent mail to learn your tone, length and sign-off.
- 2When an email needs a reply, it writes one for that specific message.
- 3The draft is saved in Outlook, on the thread, waiting for you.
- 4You review, edit if needed, and send.
What changes
- ✓Written in your voice, not a generic assistant's
- ✓Specific to the email, not a stored template
- ✓Lands as a normal Outlook draft — nothing new to open
- ✓Nothing is ever sent without you

Replies go out at 11pm because that is the first quiet moment of the day.
Sales lead
Response time decides who wins the work, and a fast reply beats a perfect one.
Frequently asked questions
Does Clarity send emails without me?
No. Drafts are saved to the thread in Outlook and wait for you. Sending is always your action.
How does it learn my writing style?
It reads your previously sent messages to pick up tone, typical length, greeting and sign-off, then writes new drafts to match. The more you send, the closer it gets.
Where does the draft appear?
In Outlook, as a normal draft on the relevant conversation — on the web, desktop and mobile. There is no separate app to check.
What if a draft is wrong?
Edit it or delete it like any draft. Clarity treats a heavily edited draft as a signal and adjusts to how you actually write.
