Dock

Free · $350/mo · $1,000/mo

Best if you want a real free tier before committing

The only one of the three with public pricing you can act on: free forever with 10 workspaces, then $350/month for 5 seats and $50/month for each extra. Premium is $1,000/month billed annually. It is built for revenue teams rather than practices — the product list runs sales deal rooms, CMS assets, slides and HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, and the onboarding hub sits alongside those. If your onboarding is a handover from a sales process, that shape fits. If you are a two-person practice, you are paying for a revenue stack you will not open.

Alongside Clarity Inbox: The hub holds the files and the plan; it does not notice when a client stops replying. Clarity watches the thread and drafts the nudge.

Clustdoc

€190/mo · 50 applications

Best if the job is collecting documents, not tracking a project

The closest of the three to a document pipeline: a checklist builder, intake forms, ID verification, approval workflows and eSignature, with named use cases for KYC, merchant, vendor and property onboarding. Pro is €190/month for 3 seats and — this is the number to check against your own volume — 50 new applications per month. Above that it is quote-only. Two things are marked as limited on Pro rather than unlimited: eSignatures and reminders, which are the two features a document-chasing workflow leans on hardest.

Alongside Clarity Inbox: Reminders are one of the two features capped on the €190 tier. Clarity does the chasing over email regardless of plan.

GuideCX

No public pricing

Best if several people internally each own steps

Project-plan shaped: Gantt, list and board views, task and email automation, intelligent end-date forecasting, partner management, and a global inbox for threaded messages. Worth knowing it offers login-less access via secure links, so the usual objection that clients will not create an account does not apply here. The real friction is commercial — there is no public price on any tier, including Starter. Every plan says Speak to Sales, so you cannot find out what it costs without booking a call, which for a small practice is often the end of the evaluation.
