Real estate transaction management software

The three price on completely different units — per agent, per transaction, and per brokerage. For a small office that difference is larger than any feature gap. Read from each vendor's own pricing page on 3 September 2026.

Paperless Pipeline

$240/mo · 40 transactions · unlimited users

Best if your agent count is bigger than your deal count

The only one of the three that bills on transactions rather than seats: $240 a month covers up to 40 new transactions, with unlimited users included, month to month, no contract, 14-day trial without a card. They make the argument on the pricing page itself, citing NAR data that nearly one in five REALTORS® have two years' experience or less and average two transactions a year. If you carry 100 licensed agents and 40 of them are actually producing, per-seat pricing charges you for the other 60.

Alongside Clarity Inbox: It tracks documents against a checklist. It does not watch the email thread where the lender went quiet four days before closing — that sits outside the file.

Dotloop

$29 per user/month

Best for a solo agent or a small team

$29 per user per month, per the price shown in their own site navigation — the cheapest per-seat entry of the three and the obvious choice at one or two people. Zillow-owned, with agent, team and broker tiers. Worth knowing before you plan an evaluation around it: the pricing page at dotloop.com/pricing was returning a 404 when checked on 3 September 2026, so the per-seat figure above is the only public number we could confirm.

SkySlope

From $340/month

Best if the brokerage needs audit as a first-class feature

Starts at $340 a month for the Suite, with no long-term contract required, and is priced per brokerage rather than per seat. Built around executing, storing, organising and auditing real estate documents, with the state forms library included and DigiSign for unlimited digital signatures as an add-on. The price is only published as a starting figure and the page routes to a demo request, so the real number for your office comes from a call.
