The inbox Lead-to-Revenue system
Everything that happens after a message arrives
Three layers, installed on the inbox you already have. Each one gives you something the inbox never could: sight of the work, somebody doing it, and a memory that does not depend on yours.
BrightChief of staffReads what came in overnight and has the replies drafted before you are on site.
MarlowFollow-upsHolds every promise you made and every one made to you, and chases when a thread goes quiet.
NudgeJobs and documentsOpens a job from the first email and keeps the record current from the mail itself.
PilotSchedulingFinds the time, sends it, and moves the card when they say yes.

It connects to the inbox you already have
Gmail or Outlook, your own address, your own mail. No second inbox, no forwarding, nothing moved. Then three layers go in on top of it.
The visibility layer
You cannot fix what you cannot see
Forty emails and no way to tell which two matter. No list of what is open, what is waiting on somebody else, or what has gone quiet. The only record of the business is the inbox, and nobody can read the inbox.
Every message is read as it lands and tagged before you open it. A job opens from the first email and sits on a board with the others: quote, scheduled, in progress, invoiced. Nobody drags a card. The card says how long it has been quiet.
“When I look at my email, I know what I need to do at a glance. I didn't have to set anything up, all I did was log in and Clarity Inbox came with a triage system in place.”

The execution layer
The work happens whether or not you are at a desk
Every reply, every quote chased, every time slot offered, waited for you to sit down. Which is 9pm, after a full day on site, when you are too drained to look.
Bright reads what came in overnight and has the replies drafted before you are on site. Pilot finds the time and books it. They post when something is done and ask when something needs you. Nothing sends until you approve it.
“I don't feel as bad about having a messy inbox. I know it's organized chaos. It's made my life a lot easier from an email perspective, for sure.”

The memory layer
Nothing is lost on day four
The quote nobody came back on. The customer who said call me in the fall. The deposit nobody invoiced. All of it depended on you remembering, and none of it was written down anywhere.
Marlow holds every promise you made and every one made to you, from the moment it was written, and asks again when a thread goes past the point it should have.
“I hate to admit it, I used to drop the ball and miss follow-ups with investors and clients. Clarity now catches those for me. It's like I got an EA that knows my priorities.”

The schematic
This is the infrastructure your business should have had from the start
One inbox in. Four agents on it. A record that writes itself. Nothing in the middle that somebody has to own.
The outcome
What it looks like once it is running
What we have measured, not what we promise.
The 4.1 hours is one customer’s, measured before and after. The 5 to 10 is the band we find when we read an owner’s mail. The last is a setting rather than an average: sending on its own stays off until you turn it on.
Before
- ×An enquiry sits until you next sit down, which is 9pm.
- ×The quote nobody came back on is chased if you remember it.
- ×You read the whole inbox to find the two that need you.
- ×The deposit nobody invoiced turns up when the month closes.
After
- ✓A reply is drafted in your words, waiting for you to send.
- ✓A thread that goes quiet past its point is chased on its own.
- ✓The inbox is sorted before you open it.
- ✓The missing bill is put in front of you the week it happens.
In their words
“Just getting back to people quickly. I'm inbox zero. To Respond, a new draft has been created, and I can just copy and paste it.”

“Before, I would ignore all emails and only respond to the ones I read into action. Now I have To Respond, which I'm actually remembering to action. I feel less worried.”

“Imagine if your VA took Monday morning to categorize all your new mail and even write suggested follow-up notes in your drafts. That would be a pretty great feeling, right? That's what Clarity is doing for you.”

You are not getting a tool to learn. You are getting a team that takes over what happens after a message arrives, so that it stops being yours to remember.
