Answer every booking inquiry before the date is gone
Venue inquiries, group bookings, vendor confirmations and last-minute changes all land in one inbox. Clarity sorts them, drafts the replies and keeps each event on its own card with what's still to confirm.
What Clarity does with each email
Four emails like the ones that land here, and what happens to each one.
| From | Subject | Label | What Clarity did |
|---|---|---|---|
| Planner | Space for 80 guests on June 14? | To Respond | Reply drafted |
| Caterer | Final headcount needed by Friday | To Respond | Task created |
| Client | Deposit sent | Notification | Matched to the event invoice |
| Review site | You have a new review | Notification | Filed |
What goes wrong today
Inquiries go to whoever replies first
A planner asking about a date is asking other venues too.
Every event has twenty details
Headcount, menu, rooms and timing each come in their own email, often from different people.
Changes arrive at the last minute
A change sent two days before the event has to be seen that day, not next week.
How Clarity handles it
Drafts replies in your voice
Replies to real questions wait in your Drafts folder, written the way you write. You read them, change what you want and send.
Keeps each job on its own card
Every order, job or deal gets a card built from the emails about it, with who is involved and where it stands.
Turns asks into a to-do list
When an email asks you for something, it becomes a task that links back to that email. It closes when the mail shows it was done.
Matches payments to invoices
Remittances, e-transfer notices and bank statements are matched to the invoice they settle. A payment posts only when the document names the invoice and the amount agrees.
Not sure what to hand over?
Most people aren’t. Run the free report and it shows what arrives in your inbox and what Clarity could take. Or book a call and we’ll look at it with you and set it up the way your business runs.
What it won’t do
Send a reply you haven’t seen, unless you write a rule that tells it to.
Mark an invoice paid on an amount alone. The payment has to name the invoice.
Close a task without an email that shows it was done.
Questions
Does Clarity send emails on its own?
Not unless you tell it to. By default every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you read it and send it. You can write a rule that replies for you, but that is your choice.
Does it work on a shared address like info@?
Yes. Connect the shared address the same way you would connect your own mailbox, with its Gmail or Outlook login. Clarity then works on that inbox like any other.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Labels and drafts start working as soon as you connect. For order tracking, payment matching or anything specific to how your business runs, book a call and we set it up with you.
See what Clarity would do with your inbox.
Connect your inbox and the report shows what arrives, what waits too long and what Clarity could take off your plate. Nothing is sent.
