Every lead, showing and closing, answered on time
Leads, showing requests, offers and closing paperwork all land in the same inbox. Clarity sorts each email, drafts replies in your voice and keeps each deal on its own card with what's still outstanding.
What Clarity does with each email
Four emails like the ones that land here, and what happens to each one.
| From | Subject | Label | What Clarity did |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead | Is 42 Birch still available? | To Respond | Reply drafted |
| Buyer | Can we see it Saturday? | To Respond | Reply drafted with open times |
| Lawyer | Need the signed amendment | To Respond | Task created |
| Listing service | New listings in your area | Notification | Filed |
What goes wrong today
A slow reply loses the lead
A buyer who emails three agents can end up with whoever answers first.
Showings take a thread each
Every showing is a back-and-forth about times until one works for everyone.
Closings need chasing
Signed forms, lender letters and inspection reports all have to arrive before the date. Someone has to chase each one.
How Clarity handles it
Drafts replies in your voice
Replies to real questions wait in your Drafts folder, written the way you write. You read them, change what you want and send.
Offers times from your real calendar
When someone asks to meet, the draft offers open times from your Google Calendar. If your calendar changes before you send, the draft updates.
Keeps each job on its own card
Every order, job or deal gets a card built from the emails about it, with who is involved and where it stands.
Catches the threads that went quiet
When someone stops replying, the follow-up is already drafted. It stops the moment they answer.
Not sure what to hand over?
Most people aren’t. Run the free report and it shows what arrives in your inbox and what Clarity could take. Or book a call and we’ll look at it with you and set it up the way your business runs.
What it won’t do
Send a reply you haven’t seen, unless you write a rule that tells it to.
Mark an invoice paid on an amount alone. The payment has to name the invoice.
Close a task without an email that shows it was done.
Questions
Does Clarity send emails on its own?
Not unless you tell it to. By default every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you read it and send it. You can write a rule that replies for you, but that is your choice.
Does it work on a shared address like info@?
Yes. Connect the shared address the same way you would connect your own mailbox, with its Gmail or Outlook login. Clarity then works on that inbox like any other.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Labels and drafts start working as soon as you connect. For order tracking, payment matching or anything specific to how your business runs, book a call and we set it up with you.
See what Clarity would do with your inbox.
Connect your inbox and the report shows what arrives, what waits too long and what Clarity could take off your plate. Nothing is sent.
