Every client email answered, every matter in order
Client questions, opposing counsel, court notices and intake requests all land in the same inbox. Clarity sorts each email, drafts replies for you to review and keeps each matter's emails on its own card.
What Clarity does with each email
Four emails like the ones that land here, and what happens to each one.
| From | Subject | Label | What Clarity did |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prospective client | Consultation about a lease dispute | To Respond | Reply drafted with consult times |
| Client | Any update on my file? | To Respond | Reply drafted |
| Court registry | Filing accepted | Notification | Added to the matter's card |
| Opposing counsel | Proposed dates for discovery | To Respond | Reply drafted |
What goes wrong today
Status questions eat the day
Clients want to know where their file stands. Each answer means reopening the matter to check.
New inquiries wait
A prospective client who waits two days for a reply may already have booked another firm.
Dates hide in email
A proposed date from opposing counsel sits inside a long thread until someone finds it.
How Clarity handles it
Sorts every email as it lands
Each email gets a label the moment it arrives: To Respond, FYI, Marketing and the rest. You can add your own labels by writing the rule in plain words.
Drafts replies in your voice
Replies to real questions wait in your Drafts folder, written the way you write. You read them, change what you want and send.
Keeps each job on its own card
Every order, job or deal gets a card built from the emails about it, with who is involved and where it stands.
Turns asks into a to-do list
When an email asks you for something, it becomes a task that links back to that email. It closes when the mail shows it was done.
Not sure what to hand over?
Most people aren’t. Run the free report and it shows what arrives in your inbox and what Clarity could take. Or book a call and we’ll look at it with you and set it up the way your business runs.
What it won’t do
Send a reply you haven’t seen, unless you write a rule that tells it to.
Mark an invoice paid on an amount alone. The payment has to name the invoice.
Close a task without an email that shows it was done.
Questions
Does Clarity send emails on its own?
Not unless you tell it to. By default every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you read it and send it. You can write a rule that replies for you, but that is your choice.
Does it work on a shared address like info@?
Yes. Connect the shared address the same way you would connect your own mailbox, with its Gmail or Outlook login. Clarity then works on that inbox like any other.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Labels and drafts start working as soon as you connect. For order tracking, payment matching or anything specific to how your business runs, book a call and we set it up with you.
See what Clarity would do with your inbox.
Connect your inbox and the report shows what arrives, what waits too long and what Clarity could take off your plate. Nothing is sent.
