Tenant, owner and vendor email, sorted before you open it
Maintenance requests, owner questions, vendor quotes and rent notices all land in one inbox. Clarity sorts each email, drafts the replies and turns repair requests into tasks that link back to the email.
What Clarity does with each email
Four emails like the ones that land here, and what happens to each one.
| From | Subject | Label | What Clarity did |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tenant | Kitchen sink leaking, unit 4B | To Respond | Reply drafted, task created |
| Owner | Question about the Q3 statement | To Respond | Reply drafted |
| Vendor | Quote for roof repair | FYI | Filed |
| Rent portal | Payment received, unit 2A | Notification | Filed |
What goes wrong today
Urgent repairs look like everything else
A leak and a newsletter arrive looking the same. The tenant with the leak shouldn't have to wait.
Every issue has three sides
The tenant reports it, the vendor quotes it and the owner approves it. That's three threads for one repair.
Vendors go quiet
The plumber said Thursday and then stopped replying. Chasing them is one more thing to remember.
How Clarity handles it
Sorts every email as it lands
Each email gets a label the moment it arrives: To Respond, FYI, Marketing and the rest. You can add your own labels by writing the rule in plain words.
Drafts replies in your voice
Replies to real questions wait in your Drafts folder, written the way you write. You read them, change what you want and send.
Turns asks into a to-do list
When an email asks you for something, it becomes a task that links back to that email. It closes when the mail shows it was done.
Catches the threads that went quiet
When someone stops replying, the follow-up is already drafted. It stops the moment they answer.
Not sure what to hand over?
Most people aren’t. Run the free report and it shows what arrives in your inbox and what Clarity could take. Or book a call and we’ll look at it with you and set it up the way your business runs.
What it won’t do
Send a reply you haven’t seen, unless you write a rule that tells it to.
Mark an invoice paid on an amount alone. The payment has to name the invoice.
Close a task without an email that shows it was done.
From people who use it
“I don't feel as bad about having a messy inbox. I know it's organized chaos. It's made my life a lot easier from an email perspective, for sure.”

Questions
Does Clarity send emails on its own?
Not unless you tell it to. By default every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you read it and send it. You can write a rule that replies for you, but that is your choice.
Does it work on a shared address like info@?
Yes. Connect the shared address the same way you would connect your own mailbox, with its Gmail or Outlook login. Clarity then works on that inbox like any other.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Labels and drafts start working as soon as you connect. For order tracking, payment matching or anything specific to how your business runs, book a call and we set it up with you.
See what Clarity would do with your inbox.
Connect your inbox and the report shows what arrives, what waits too long and what Clarity could take off your plate. Nothing is sent.
