What it won’t do
Send a reply you haven’t seen, unless you write a rule that tells it to.
Mark an invoice paid on an amount alone. The payment has to name the invoice.
Close a task without an email that shows it was done.

Questions
Does Clarity send emails on its own?
Not unless you tell it to. By default every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you read it and send it. You can write a rule that replies for you, but that is your choice.
Does it work on a shared address like info@?
Yes. Connect the shared address the same way you would connect your own mailbox, with its Gmail or Outlook login. Clarity then works on that inbox like any other.
Do I have to set it up myself?
