Reply to every quote request while the customer still cares
A quote request that sits for a day can go to whoever answered first. Clarity sorts each request as it lands and drafts the first reply. Each quote gets its own card, and when the customer goes quiet the follow-up is ready.
What Clarity does with each email
Four emails like the ones that land here, and what happens to each one.
| From | Subject | Label | What Clarity did |

What goes wrong today
Slow replies lose jobs
A request that sits for a day can go to whoever answered first.
Sent quotes go quiet
You send the price and hear nothing. Following up on each one by hand is the job that never gets done.
Nobody knows which quotes are open
Won, lost and waiting all sit in the same inbox. Counting open quotes means reading every thread.
How Clarity handles it
Drafts replies in your voice
Replies to real questions wait in your Drafts folder, written the way you write. You read them, change what you want and send.
Keeps each job on its own card
Every order, job or deal gets a card built from the emails about it, with who is involved and where it stands.
Follows up on quiet quotes
Four follow-ups over nine days, drafted for you and stopped the moment the customer answers.
Sends a morning brief
Each morning you get a short list of what needs you today, so you start with the emails that matter.
Not sure what to hand over?
Most people aren’t. Run the free report and it shows what arrives in your inbox and what Clarity could take. Or book a call and we’ll look at it with you and set it up the way your business runs.
What it won’t do
Send a reply you haven’t seen, unless you write a rule that tells it to.
Mark an invoice paid on an amount alone. The payment has to name the invoice.
Close a task without an email that shows it was done.
Questions
Does Clarity send emails on its own?
Not unless you tell it to. By default every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you read it and send it. You can write a rule that replies for you, but that is your choice.
Does it work on a shared address like info@?
Yes. Connect the shared address the same way you would connect your own mailbox, with its Gmail or Outlook login. Clarity then works on that inbox like any other.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Labels and drafts start working as soon as you connect. For order tracking, payment matching or anything specific to how your business runs, book a call and we set it up with you.
Other shared inboxes

Connect your inbox and the report shows what arrives, what waits too long and what Clarity could take off your plate. Nothing is sent.
