Shared inboxes / reception@ inbox
The front desk inbox, answered while you're with a client
reception@ gets bookings, reschedules and questions about hours and parking. Clarity sorts each email and drafts the reply. When someone asks for a time, the draft offers open slots from your calendar.
What Clarity does with each email
Four emails like the ones that land here, and what happens to each one.
| From | Subject | Label | What Clarity did |
|---|---|---|---|
| New client | Anything Thursday afternoon? | To Respond | Reply drafted with 3 open times |
| Client | Can we move my appointment? | To Respond | Reply drafted with new times |
| Client | Running 10 minutes late | FYI | Filed |
| Calendar | Accepted: Consultation, Fri 2pm | Meeting Update | Filed |
What goes wrong today
You can't answer while you're working
The person at the desk is with a client. The email asking for a booking waits, and so does the person who sent it.
One booking takes four emails
You offer times, they pick one that's gone, you offer again. Every booking turns into a thread.
Small questions fill the day
Hours, parking, what to bring. Each one takes a minute, and there are dozens of them.
How Clarity handles it
Offers times from your real calendar
When someone asks to meet, the draft offers open times from your Google Calendar. If your calendar changes before you send, the draft updates.
Drafts replies in your voice
Replies to real questions wait in your Drafts folder, written the way you write. You read them, change what you want and send.
Uses the facts you give it
Save your hours, policies or prices once. Drafts use them, so every answer says the same thing.
Sends a morning brief
Each morning you get a short list of what needs you today, so you start with the emails that matter.
Not sure what to hand over?
Most people aren’t. Run the free report and it shows what arrives in your inbox and what Clarity could take. Or book a call and we’ll look at it with you and set it up the way your business runs.
What it won’t do
Send a reply you haven’t seen, unless you write a rule that tells it to.
Mark an invoice paid on an amount alone. The payment has to name the invoice.
Close a task without an email that shows it was done.
From people who use it
“When I look at my email, I know what I need to do at a glance. I didn't have to set anything up, all I did was log in and Clarity Inbox came with a triage system in place.”

Questions
Does Clarity send emails on its own?
Not unless you tell it to. By default every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you read it and send it. You can write a rule that replies for you, but that is your choice.
Does it work on a shared address like info@?
Yes. Connect the shared address the same way you would connect your own mailbox, with its Gmail or Outlook login. Clarity then works on that inbox like any other.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Labels and drafts start working as soon as you connect. For order tracking, payment matching or anything specific to how your business runs, book a call and we set it up with you.
Other shared inboxes

Connect your inbox and the report shows what arrives, what waits too long and what Clarity could take off your plate. Nothing is sent.
