Answer support email without writing the same reply twice
Most support email asks the same few questions. Clarity sorts each one as it lands and drafts the answer in your words. You check it and send.
What Clarity does with each email
Four emails like the ones that land here, and what happens to each one.
| From | Subject | Label | What Clarity did |
|---|---|---|---|
| Customer | Where is my order? | To Respond | Reply drafted |
| Customer | Can I change my delivery address? | To Respond | Reply drafted |
| Store platform | New order #1182 | Notification | Filed |
| Customer | Thanks, that worked! | FYI | Filed. Nothing to answer. |
What goes wrong today
The same questions, every day
Order status, returns, passwords. You type the same answers again and again.
The upset customer looks like everyone else
In a plain inbox, a complaint and a thank-you look the same. You find out which was which too late.
Answers change with whoever replies
When several people answer support, customers get a different answer depending on who picked it up.
How Clarity handles it
Sorts every email as it lands
Each email gets a label the moment it arrives: To Respond, FYI, Marketing and the rest. You can add your own labels by writing the rule in plain words.
Drafts replies in your voice
Replies to real questions wait in your Drafts folder, written the way you write. You read them, change what you want and send.
Uses the facts you give it
Save your hours, policies or prices once. Drafts use them, so every answer says the same thing.
Catches the threads that went quiet
When someone stops replying, the follow-up is already drafted. It stops the moment they answer.
Not sure what to hand over?
Most people aren’t. Run the free report and it shows what arrives in your inbox and what Clarity could take. Or book a call and we’ll look at it with you and set it up the way your business runs.
What it won’t do
Send a reply you haven’t seen, unless you write a rule that tells it to.
Mark an invoice paid on an amount alone. The payment has to name the invoice.
Close a task without an email that shows it was done.
From people who use it
“Just getting back to people quickly. I'm inbox zero. To Respond, a new draft has been created, and I can just copy and paste it.”

“When I look at my email, I know what I need to do at a glance. I didn't have to set anything up, all I did was log in and Clarity Inbox came with a triage system in place.”

Questions
Does Clarity send emails on its own?
Not unless you tell it to. By default every reply waits in your Drafts folder until you read it and send it. You can write a rule that replies for you, but that is your choice.
Does it work on a shared address like info@?
Yes. Connect the shared address the same way you would connect your own mailbox, with its Gmail or Outlook login. Clarity then works on that inbox like any other.
Do I have to set it up myself?
Labels and drafts start working as soon as you connect. For order tracking, payment matching or anything specific to how your business runs, book a call and we set it up with you.

Connect your inbox and the report shows what arrives, what waits too long and what Clarity could take off your plate. Nothing is sent.
